Shipping and Delivery

  1. Shipping: We offer delivery of goods within South Africa. A set shipping fee of R100 will be added to all products at checkout.
  2. Delivery: Delivery may take up to 8 days. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or other unforeseen circumstances. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
  3. Risk of Loss: All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the products during shipping.

Returns and Refunds

  1. Returns: There are no refunds or returns on goods unless there is a manufacturing problem. In the event of a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team at shop@cmh.org.za for assistance.
  2. Refunds: Refunds for manufacturing defects will be processed within 14 days after we receive the defective item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
